Dovedale has its origins in Sydney where Roland Dallas founded Dallas Bread in 1988. Evolving into Dovedale on his Dovedale farm southwest of Nelson, New Zealand in 1996, the first Australian Dovedale bakery was established in Wodonga Victoria in August 2006.
Dovedale specialises in baking Gluten Free, Paleo, Wheat Free, Dairy Free and No Added Yeast products, and is currently supplying the market with a range of six breads, six types of biscuits, four types of crackers and two cakes.
